Job Title: Virtual Assistant | ABA Professionals (Case Manager/Intake Coordinator)
Setup: Onsite (Santo Domingo and Puerto Plata)
We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant specialized in ABA services to support our Case Management and Intake Coordination functions. This role is essential in ensuring efficient intake processes, accurate record-keeping, and seamless communication between clients, providers, and insurance entities. If you have experience in ABA case management or intake coordination and thrive in a remote work environment, this position is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with intake coordination by conducting initial client screenings and collecting necessary documentation.
- Support Case Managers in tracking client appointments, session notes, and overall case progress.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and clinical staff to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Verify insurance eligibility and assist with insurance-related inquiries and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records using EMR or case management systems.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on outstanding client documentation or requirements.
- Coordinate administrative tasks to support clinical and operational staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in ABA case management, intake coordination, or related fields.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with EMR/CRM systems, such as CentralReach, and general computer applications.
- Knowledge of insurance processes and terminology related to behavioral health services.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- High attention to detail and commitment to client confidentiality.
