Position Overview The Kitchen Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing innovative kitchen layouts that balance functionality, aesthetics, and client requirements. This role requires advanced proficiency in 2020 Design Software, enabling the creation of detailed renderings, floor plans, and material specifications. The Kitchen Architect will collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to deliver tailored kitchen solutions that meet modern design standards, ergonomic principles, and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs, preferences, and spatial requirements.
- Develop kitchen layouts, 3D renderings, and technical drawings using 2020 Design Software.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, fixtures, and appliances aligned with design and functional goals.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and suppliers to oversee project execution.
- Provide cost estimates, timelines, and project documentation for client approval.
- Stay updated on industry trends, innovative technologies, and sustainable design practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
🎓 Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in kitchen design, architecture, or interior planning.
- Proven portfolio showcasing completed kitchen projects using 2020 Design Software.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in 2020 Design Software for kitchen and bath design.
- Familiarity with complementary tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of ergonomics, spatial planning, and kitchen workflow optimization.
- Understanding of sustainable materials and energy-efficient appliances.
