Position Overview
The Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional design solutions for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. This role involves preparing detailed drawings, renderings, and models that communicate design intent, while collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure projects meet both aesthetic and technical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural drawings, plans, and 3D renderings for interior and exterior spaces.
- Utilize design software (Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max) to produce accurate models and visualizations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to refine design concepts and ensure feasibility.
- Prepare presentation materials, including renderings and design boards, for client meetings.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and verify design accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design practices.
🎓 Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in architectural drafting and design.
- Portfolio showcasing interior and exterior design projects.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and 3Ds Max for drafting, rendering, and visualization.
- Strong knowledge of architectural drafting standards and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and modern building materials.
Core Competencies

- Creative problem-solving and adaptability in design challenges.
