About the Role
We’re looking a Google Ads Account Manager to join a fast-growing U.S. marketing agency focused on high-volume lead generation campaigns.
This is a strategic, client-facing role for someone with strong Google Ads expertise, agency experience, and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll work directly with clients to review campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, communicate strategy, and partner with internal PPC specialists to improve results.
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a marketing or lead generation agency environment
- Ability to review, QA, and evaluate PPC campaigns before launch or client delivery
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, lead quality, paid media metrics, and campaign optimization
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment
- Confidence leading client conversations around strategy, results, and marketing recommendations
- Excellent professional English with strong communication and presentation skills for U.S.-based clients
What You'll Do
- Own and manage 30+ client accounts as the primary point of contact
- Lead client meetings to review results, communicate strategy, and align on priorities and next steps
- Oversee execution across Google Ads, SEO, websites, landing pages, social media, and email marketing
- Review campaigns and deliverables for quality, accuracy, and readiness before launch
- Identify issues related to tracking, conversions, lead quality, or campaign effectiveness and collaborate on solutions
- Coordinate closely with PPC, SEO, design, content, email, and web teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and growth
- Maintain strong client relationships while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ensure deliverables and communication remain organized, accurate, and on schedule
What Success Looks Like
- Successfully managing approximately 30 client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
- Maintaining monthly churn below 5% through strong account management and retention
- Building long-term client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance
- Delivering consistent, high-quality work across multiple marketing channels
- Keeping internal teams aligned, accountable, and moving efficiently across priorities
- Continuously identifying opportunities to improve client results and overall account growth
