Job Summary: Work collaboratively as part of a crew to waterproof and install commercial roofing systems, including fully‑adhered and mechanically fastened single‑ply membranes (TPO, EPDM, PVC, etc.)

Daily Responsibilities

Install commercial roofing systems and other roofing components (EPDM, TPO, PVC, etc.)
Follow all safety rules and procedures, participate in safety classes and certifications as required
Use fall-protection equipment and wear PPE to work safely from heights
Work at various jobsites throughout the year as needed

Requirements

ALL LEVELS OF EXPERIENCE WELCOME TO APPLY!!!
Experience with commercial roofing is ideal but not required
Has reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Pass a background check and drug test to work on federal/government buildings
Able to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work from heights
Comfortable working outdoors, year-round on a construction site
Able to lift and carry heavy material throughout the day
Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policies

Schedule

Monday-Friday- Full-time. Occasional Saturdays
