Job Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide efficient customer service and operational support across the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring accurate order processing, effective customer communication, timely issue resolution, and high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting overall business operations and service delivery targets.

Customer Service
- Telephony (Customer Communication)
- Customer Order to Cash Process (Local & Exports)
- Retail Order Pre-Planning (MPP/CSR)
- Ve Serve support
- Retail Automation & Consignment Stocking
- Maintenance of Customer Sites (Retail, Commercial & Lubes)
- Customer Master Data Management (MRD/MDG)
- Customer Complaints & Feedback Management (CSI)
- Card Centre & Customer Support
- Helpdesk, Business Support & Records
- Special Support to Key Customers
- Other duties and Support as requested.
