HR Partner

Millennium Hotel and Resorts UK is seeking a proactive and strategic HR Partner to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with hotel management and employees to provide expert HR advice, support business objectives, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

You will be responsible for delivering HR solutions focusing on employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on employee relations, performance, and policy matters
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent
• Drive learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression
• Partner with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Manage employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace culture
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and processes

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist in hospitality or related industries
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build effective relationships across all levels of an organisation
• Confident decision-maker with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in talent management, employee relations, and learning & development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• HR qualification (CIPD level 5 or above) preferred
