  • Create and process payments to vendors, mentors, and trainers
  • Process intern payroll and related documentation
  • Raise Small Value Purchase (SVP) requests and support procurement administration
  • Prepare and issue invoices to sponsors and partners, including through external portals such as the Temasek Foundation Salesforce portal
  • Draft and process Contracts for Service (CFS) for mentors and trainers
  • Perform Goods Receipt (GR) in the NUS procurement system
  • Process business expense claims and reimbursements
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial and administrative transactions
  • Provide general administrative support to the Country Director and the BLOCK71 Vietnam team as required
  • This is an hourly-rated position.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field
  • Prior experience in administrative or operations support roles, preferably within a university or public sector environment
  • Familiarity with NUS systems including Concur, BAPI, procurement, and finance portals is preferred; training can be provided
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
  • Good written and spoken English
