Summary of Position:

The Manager/Senior Manager, Trade & Patient Services Analytics & Insights will be responsible for the development and execution of data-driven strategies that optimize trade operations and enhance patient support programs. This role is responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making across market access, patient services, and commercial teams. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with strategic thinking and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

This role will also provide oversight of Paratek state licensing processes in coordination with external vendors to ensure compliance with state requirements.

This role plays a critical part in improving patient access to therapies and ensuring efficient, compliant trade operations. By leveraging analytics and insights, the Manager/Senior Manager will directly influence strategic decisions and contribute to better patient outcomes. This candidate will be embedded in the Market Access team and will receive directions from the Executive Director of Trade Relations and Patient Services, while operating with increasing autonomy based on level and experience.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead analytics and insights generation for trade and patient services, including specialty pharmacy, distribution, and patient support programs (bridge, copay, consignment, patient assistance program).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to monitor program performance, patient access, and financial outcomes.
  • Use analytics to monitor and evaluate market access and trade contracts, including assessing impact on patient access and financial performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Commercial Operations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that improve patient experience, adherence, and access to therapy.
  • Oversee data integration across multiple sources (e.g., specialty pharmacy data, claims data, hub services) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Drive forecasting and performance analysis related to trade channels, payer dynamics, and patient services programs.
  • Proactively identify key business questions and deliver actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Provide oversight of state licensing activities by managing external vendor relationships, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining compliance with state requirements. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, privacy, and data governance standards.
  • Communicate insights through clear, executive-ready materials (e.g., presentations, dashboards, visualizations) with appropriate level of independence based on role level.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Manager: Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant analytics experience within healthcare (pharmaceuticals, biotech, consulting, etc.)
  • Senior Manager: Minimum of 7–10+ years of progressive analytics experience, including demonstrated ownership of strategy and cross-functional influence
  • Proficiency with data warehouses & analytic platforms (e.g., Veeva and Tableau), and Microsoft applications (e.g., Office, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience working with specialty pharmacy, claims, and/or patient support program data strongly preferred
  • Experience working with patient assistance and co-pay support programs preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Solid oral and written communication skills; excellent planning and organizational skills to work within time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to obtain a PA Notary (if required for state licensing support) preferred but not required.
  • Average travel for this position is approximately <5% with some variation based upon the time of year and demands of the business.
