A Little About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Internal Technology Delivery with deep expertise in enterprise corporate systems management, technology integration, and cross-functional ecosystem optimization. Our ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in transforming complex corporate technology landscapes, with a proven track record of seamlessly integrating diverse business systems across CRM, ERP, marketing automation, and communication platforms.

The successful candidate will serve as a critical bridge between corporate systems technical teams, business units, and leadership, with a demonstrated ability to:

  • Manage complex technology transformations across multiple business-critical platforms
  • Drive delivery of technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the corporate systems technology delivery
  • Establish and manage a centralized technology intake and prioritization process
  • Create governance frameworks for cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Drive end-to-end implementation and delivery of technology solutions
  • Develop and implement comprehensive technology delivery strategies
  • Create detailed evaluation frameworks for technology investments
  • Conduct thorough assessments of technology initiatives, including:
  • Strategic alignment
  • Business value potential
  • Resource requirements
  • Implementation complexity
  • Manage full lifecycle of technology transformation efforts
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of delivery processes
  • Collaborate across security, IT, and business units to ensure optimal solution fit

This role requires a delivery driven professional who can:

  • Deliver initiatives that create tangible business value

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 8+ years' of technology leadership experience
  • Extensive experience with Corporate / Business Systems
    • CRM Systems (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot)
    • Contact Center Technologies (Zoom, Five9, RingCentral)
    • ERP Systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
    • Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot, Marketo)
    • Customer Success Management Tools (Gainsight, Totango)
    • Integration and Middleware Platforms (Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato)
  • Proven track record of internal customer management and cross-functional engagement
  • Strong experience with PMO frameworks and project governance
  • Technical solution architecture and design
  • Enterprise architecture understanding
  • Vendor and partner technology management
  • Change management and Technology adoption
  • Execution-focused delivery methodologies

Physical Requirements:

  • This position works most of the time in a fixed office location and may involve sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods
  • Frequently required to communicate verbally and in writing (mostly email) with customers, prospects, and other employees
  • Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment for the greater part of the workday
  • Occasional travel may be required for this position

Salary

$146,300 - $177,100/year DOE

Location

This position can based in our Denver, CO or our Atlanta GA office. We are currently in a hybrid in-office/remote working model based on business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to work from our Denver, CO office a minimum of 3 days a week.
