Job Description:
This Trainer role is an entry-level role in our learning and development team, focused on delivering training to internal employees. The role emphasizes mastering delivery techniques to ensure effective knowledge retention, with less focus on client interaction and creating training materials.
Education and Experience Preferences:
- Minimum of 12 months in sales and/or collections (voice) in an international BPO company with minimum of 6 months of Trainer experience in an international BPO company
- Candidates with no official trainer experience can also apply as long as they have a minimum of 24 months of sales and/or collections (voice) in an international BPO company
- Proven skills in objection handling, negotiation, upselling, and retention within a KPI-driven sales environment.
- Experience with US clients and clear, direct communication.
- Proficient in Word and PowerPoint; Excel skills a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with coaching ability.
- Strong multitasking and team motivation skills.
- Leadership experience in classroom settings with energetic, approachable attitude.
- Passionate about supporting personal and professional growth.
- Committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
- Willing to travel to multiple branch locations as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver dynamic training sessions to improve negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills, aligned with key KPIs such as RPC, Conversion Rate, and PTP.
- Lead new-hire training programs (1-5 weeks) for groups of 5-36, introducing call center systems and ensuring policy compliance.
- Organize bi-annual Privacy and Security Training and specialized client-focused sessions to keep the team updated.
- Continuously update course materials, manage course logistics, track attendance, and conduct evaluations.
- Support new hires with supervision, mentoring, coaching, and performance assessments.
- Promote company Core Values and Ethical Excellence in all leadership activities.
- Oversee team captains and training assistants to foster a collaborative environment.
- Advise on hiring, termination, disciplinary actions, time off, and transfers to maintain team strength.
- Delegate tasks, prioritize workload, and handle additional responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform primarily seated work with occasional movement; utilize office equipment and communication tools effectively.
