Purpose: Responsible for performing aluminum, steel and stainless steel TIG/ MIG welding according to drawing specifications and handling technical problems related to welding. Sets up manual equipment to fabricate components and parts while maintaining work safety & good housekeeping.

Key Area of Responsibilities:

Prepare the operations according to instructions on the process plan in order to meet the customers' requirements and specification.
To ensure safety, quality, efficiency and delivery are work out according to KPI.
Participate in the continuous improvement program to improve company business processes.
To manufacture parts according to process routing with the respective welding, grinding and deburring tools
To work efficiently in based on work priorities with accordance to the allocated estimated time frame.
To deliver completed product and related documents in proper manner to subsequence operation.

Requirements

Minimum SPM/ O-level or equivalent
AWS Certified Welder/ Welder Qualification Test/ Competency Certificates in Welding
Minimum 3G welding
Able to read basic engineering drawing
