1. Costing & Expense Control
- Perform product costing and analyze cost variances within an EMS manufacturing environment.
- Monitor operational expenses and prepare periodic expense estimations and forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to support budget control and cost optimization.
2. Inventory & Warehouse Control
- Monitor daily warehouse movements and reconcile gaps between system records and physical inventory.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and coordinate with related departments for resolution.
- Support periodic stocktaking and ensure inventory data accuracy.
3. Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage and control accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Record monthly AP/AR transactions accurately and in compliance with accounting standards.
- Review, reconcile, and supervise bookkeeping activities related to AP/AR transactions.
- Perform periodic AP/AR reconciliations in accordance with Company policies.
4. Financial Reporting
- Prepare financial, management, and other reports as required and instructed by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing/EMS environment.
- Hands-on experience and solid knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) are required.
- Experience with accounting software, especially Dynamics 365, is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), especially data analysis and reporting in Excel.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English communication skills (speaking, writing, reading, and listening).
