Due to continued growth within the business, Sharpsmart Normanton are recruiting for a Drivers Mate role. This role will be critical to our Transport and Operational teams by being the responsible person for loading and operating our new RCV Vehicle, identifying any non-conformances within specific waste streams, and offering continual support to our Plant Operations team.

### Daily duties will include:

Safely loading RCV Vehicle

Operation of the back end RCV controls

Identify and raise non-conformances in line with compliance requirements

Completion of consignment notes

Decanting & unloading of vehicle

Support with Plant Operation duties as required

### What are we looking for?

Experience of working within a similar environment

A flexible, can-do attitude with a strong customer focus

Confident working within healthcare waste industry
