WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Develop and execute a balanced, year-round portfolio of programs and events that educate, engage, and inspire target audiences, moving accounts from awareness to active demand generation across the Southern region, with a focus on France.

Orchestrate GTM motions across sales (AE, Lead Gen, CSM), marketing (global, digital, PR) and external partners (agencies, communities) ensuring consistency, alignment and results

Own Pipeline & Revenue Impact across the region and drive measurable impact on revenue (pipeline sourced & influenced)

Design and execute targeted ABM programs on strategic accounts in close alignment with sales

Define and refine value propositions for France specific industry focus: M&E, Luxury, and Manufacturing

Refine persona-based messaging and engagement plans for key industries, LOB, (IT, Legal, Marketing, CISO), and accounts that will resonate in the French market

Build and manage a CxO-level community across customers and prospects

Ensure consistent and efficient delivery of an exceptional event experience (physical, hybrid and online) in all phases of the event, including pre- and post-event activities & execution

Own regional customer advocacy; manage customer references in partnership with the EMEA Customer Marketing Manager

Deploy customer advocacy as a pipeline acceleration lever through digital promotion, events, and sales ready assets

Play an active role in optimising the local web experience, ensuring Box.com can successfully underpin your campaign and programs in market

Support Campaigns and Digital Marketing teams to drive impactful digital marketing campaigns in the region

Develop long-term engagement strategies beyond single campaigns

Track and optimise performance via Salesforce/Tableau and attribution models

Analyse pipeline performance and marketing impact. Continuously refine programs based on ROI and insights

Build and present executive ready performance narratives focused on impact and actions for leadership QBRs
WHO YOU ARE
-
7+ years of experience in regional or field marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or cloud environments.

Fluent in French and English

Thrive as both a strategist and an executor

Strong networker and relationship builder

Comfortable holding stakeholders and peers accountable to delivering agreed upon actions and results

Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, strategic and analytical capabilities.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, and AI tooling

Data driven, comfortable interpreting and analysing performance results.

Dogged determination to meet your objectives, understanding how to prioritise the mission critical goals from general desires.
