Performance Creative Strategist

As a Performance Creative Strategist you will be the architect of the customer journey at PERGOLUX. This is a high-impact, strategic role at the intersection of psychology, data, and long-form storytelling, where you will manage the creative direction for 8-digit annual ad budgets. You will not just be writing ads; you will be weaving emotional, technical, and practical narratives together to move customers from "dreaming" to "buying" high-ticket, Scandinavian-inspired outdoor solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Architect Multi-Angle Narratives: Develop high-converting scripts for Meta and YouTube that balance "dream-state" lifestyle hooks with technical deep dives to resolve complex buyer concerns.

• Lead High-Velocity Testing: Leverage our significant annual spend to run rapid creative tests, identifying winning hooks and scaling them across our 14+ global markets.

• Design Full-Funnel Strategies: Systematically dismantle buyer objections by strategically deploying specific arguments and proof-points at each stage of the multi-month customer journey.

• Translate Data into Action: Utilize performance data and tools like Motion to iterate on creative assets, turning technical metrics into actionable briefs for our production team.

• Optimize with AI Workflows: Integrate AI tools to scale hook generation, analyze customer sentiment, and prototype visual concepts to accelerate the briefing and production process.
  

What You’ll Bring

• 2-4+ years of experience in Performance Creative or Ad Strategy, with a proven track record of influencing high-budget accounts (7 or 8-digit spends).

• A deep understanding of high-ticket D2C consumer behavior and the ability to trigger desire while maintaining a premium brand aesthetic.

• The ability to synthesize fast-moving data into creative strategies, ensuring there is zero friction between media buying performance and creative execution.

• Exceptional scripting and storytelling skills, with the ability to lead weekly creative-syncs and bridge the gap between strategy and production.

• Proficiency in using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney) as a partner for storyboarding, sentiment analysis, and creative iteration.
