Project Manager - Fit Out/Theming

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager - Fit Out/Theming to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering fit-out and theming projects that meet client expectations and company standards. You will oversee all project phases from initiation through completion, ensuring effective coordination among design, construction, and operational teams.

As Project Manager - Fit Out/Theming, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fit-out and theming projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. You will also manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and collaboration to achieve the project's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of fit-out and theming projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently to meet deadlines and cost targets.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Ensure all project deliverables comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality and adherence to specifications.
• Prepare and present regular project reports, documentation, and presentations to clients and internal management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in fit-out, theming, or interior construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out and theming processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools such as MS Project, Aconex, or similar platforms.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements for construction and fit-out works.
