Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health conditions.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Educate patients and families about health management, recovery, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records complying with healthcare regulations.
- Adhere to health and safety standards to safeguard patients and staff.
- Work independently with accountability and professionalism.
Requirements
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (valid NMC Pin).
- Experience working in the UK healthcare system.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Commitment to ethical, patient-centered nursing care.
