About Asseti

Asseti is a leading intelligent condition management and asset performance platform. We combine automation, data intelligence, and engineering rigour to support industrial and real-asset owners globally.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on creative role for a marketer who can think, write, design, and ship. You will own the content engine that powers Asseti's brand, demand generation, and customer storytelling across every channel we touch.

You will join a small, high-output GTM team at a pivotal moment as we scale our US presence. Your work will shape how prospects, customers, partners, and the industry experience Asseti, from the first LinkedIn impression through to case study, conference booth, and product launch.

This role reports to the CEO and partners closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product. You will have the autonomy to define the creative direction and the responsibility to deliver against it.

What You Will Do

Content & Storytelling

  • Own Asseti's content calendar across web, blog, social, email, and sales enablement.
  • Write clear, sharp, technically credible content that resonates with senior leaders at industrial REITs, large retail, facilities management, and owner-occupier portfolios.
  • Develop case studies, customer stories, thought leadership, and product narratives in partnership with the GTM and Product teams.
  • Maintain Asseti's voice and editorial standards across every external touchpoint.

Visual Design & Brand

  • Design and produce visual assets across digital and print, including social graphics, web pages, sales collateral, conference materials, presentations, and ad creative.
  • Steward and evolve the Asseti brand system, ensuring consistency across every channel and surface.
  • Collaborate with external photographers, videographers, and contractors where needed; direct creative output to a high standard.
  • Produce video and motion content for social, sales, and event use, including the kind of sizzle reels and main-stage assets we deliver for customer events.

Social & Digital Channels

  • Run Asseti's social presence end to end, including LinkedIn (primary), plus supporting channels.
  • Plan, write, schedule, and analyse organic content; partner with Growth on paid social creative.
  • Engage with the industry conversation, build relationships with relevant voices, and grow Asseti's share of voice in our ICP.
  • Support event-driven campaigns around conferences, customer summits, and product launches.

Cross-functional Partnership

  • Partner with Sales to produce high-impact account-specific creative for enterprise pursuits.
  • Partner with Customer Success to surface and tell customer stories.
  • Partner with Product to translate technical capability into clear, compelling external narrative.
  • Report on content and social performance, learn from what works, and iterate.

Requirements

Essential

  • 4+ years of experience in a content, creative, or brand marketing role, ideally in B2B SaaS or a technically credible category.
  • Strong writer. Clear, concise, persuasive prose across long form and short form. Samples required.
  • Strong visual designer. Confident in Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. Portfolio required.
  • Hands-on with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn) and analytics tools.
  • Experience producing video and motion content, or directing contractors who do.
  • Self-directed, organised, and comfortable owning a calendar end to end.
  • Able to translate technical or industry-specific subject matter into clean, accessible content.

Advantageous

  • Experience marketing to enterprise audiences in real estate, infrastructure, industrial, retail, or built-environment sectors.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Notion, and modern marketing tooling.
  • Experience with paid social creative and ABM campaigns.
  • Comfort with AI-native creative workflows.
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.

Benefits

You will step into a role with rare creative ownership. You will define how Asseti shows up in the world during a period of significant growth.

You will have the autonomy to build the brand, the resources to ship great work, and the platform of real customer stories and a category that is just starting to find its voice.

We offer competitive compensation, meaningful performance incentives, and the opportunity to build something excellent inside a fast-scaling SaaS company.
