Your Role – Flight Ambassador for Well-known Airline

As part of the Airline customer support team, you’ll be the first point of contact for passengers, travel partners, and corporate clients.

You’ll support customers via phone, email, and digital channels, helping them with bookings, ticket changes, refunds, and travel information.

You will be representing one of the most respected names in global aviation.

Your daily tasks include:

  • Assisting passengers with flight bookings & changes
  • Explaining ticket rules, fees & policies
  • Processing refunds & reservation updates
  • Supporting travel agencies & corporate partners
  • Ensuring every customer interaction reflects a premium airline experience

This role gives you strong international experience in:

  • Airline operations
  • Travel & tourism

Requirements

You are:

  • Fluent in Danish (C1+ level)
  • Confident in English
  • Social, adaptable & service-minded
  • Curious about living abroad
  • Excited about working for a global airline

Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus,
but mindset matters more than CV length.
