Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst for an international company operating in the commodities trading industry with global business processes and distributed infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze and formalize business requirements from trading, risk management, and operations teams.
• Configure and support CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP and global internal platforms.
• Design and maintain data exchange flows between CRM, SAP, and other internal systems.
• Develop management reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Automate data extraction and processing from multiple systems and sources.
• Collaborate with developers on integrations, APIs, and ETL processes.
• Prepare documentation, data flow diagrams, and user guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and ERP integrations.
• Understanding of SAP architecture and integration principles.
• Strong Power BI and SQL skills.
• Understanding of the full trading/export operations lifecycle would be considered a plus.
• English level: Intermediate+.
• Russian language level: advanced.
• Experience working with international teams is an advantage.
