This opportunity is a part of Blink's Embedded practice which supports long-term opportunities with some of Blink’s largest client partners.

Location

Hybrid - 3 days/week from Austin, TX

### What you'll do

Design and develop beautiful, functional front-end UI and experiences

Translate business and customer requirements into elegant experiences

Collaborate with designers to build and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly, and accessible design systems

Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design integrity throughout the development lifecycle, bridging the gap between design and code

Leverage your diverse skill set to craft prototypes and proofs-of-concept that push the boundaries of what’s possible and bring joy to every customer interaction

Craft code that controls the look and feel of an experience: colors, typography, responsive layout, motion, interactions, and any other visual aspect of the UI

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

Optimize code for performance, stability and maintainability

Work with cross-functional teams of application/UI software engineers, UI/UX designers, and QA/Validation

### Your background

Experience with responsive design, mobile-first development, and cross-browser compatibility

Strong understanding of modern UI design patterns and human-centered design principles

Knowledge with React JavaScript framework, CSS, HTML, node - npm, Node.js.

Experience with Sketch, Figma, Adobe.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, or related field
