Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently assign and dispatch resources to job sites while monitoring progress and ensuring operational efficiency.
Maintain constant communication with field personnel and clients to provide updates and instructions.
Optimize schedules for dispatchers and ops teams to achieve the best coverage and response times.
Identify and resolve challenges or issues that arise during dispatch operations.
Suggest and implement improvements to operational processes for better efficiency.

Requirements
