Our client URGENTLY requires Junior UX Analyst for 6 months + Contracts in Darwin.

 

The Junior UX Analyst focuses on understanding user needs, conducting and analysing research findings, and translating insights into clear, practical UX artefacts that inform decision-making for digital products or services. You will support evidence based design outcomes ensuring solutions align with accessibility, privacy, and relevant government and international standards.

 

 

Skills and Experience required includes:

  • Demonstrated experience in information architecture design and content design.
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and synthesize findings into clear insights, documenting findings and decisions for traceability.
  • Knowledge of digital project and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and an active interest in AI and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in UX prototyping using tools like Figma, and experienced in supporting usability testing to improve customer experience would be highly desirable.

 

 

 

Government experience would be highly advantageous.
