Our client URGENTLY requires an Executive Coordinator for 36 months + Contract in Buderim.
The Executive Coordinator will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Regional Project Director. You will be the go-to person for ensuring the smooth operation of the RPD’s office and will play a critical role in enabling the successful delivery of the region’s major projects.
Requirements include:
- Proven experience in providing high-level executive or administrative support, preferably in a project or government environment.
- Experience in managing a busy inbox, including prioritising and responding to emails on behalf of an executive.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of government processes and procedures will be desirable.
Government experience would be highly advantageous.
