About the Role

In this role, you'll specialize in planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing content across digital channels, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the marketing function — developing real hands-on expertise as a Campaign & Content Operations Specialist.

• Campaign Support & Execution — Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Content Creation & Management — Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms and marketing channels.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting — Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist in preparing regular reports and insights for the marketing team.
• Creative Coordination — Liaise with creative teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets, copy, and visual content aligned with brand guidelines.
• Operations & Admin Support — Manage marketing calendars, briefs, and documentation to keep campaigns organized and on track.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Media, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and interest in digital marketing
