Role Summary
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for leading the financial strategy and stewardship of the company, ensuring strong financial governance, profitability, scalability, and long-term growth. The CFO will oversee all global financial operations, including forecasting, budgeting, analysis, financial systems, investor relations, treasury, and compliance. A strong background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Offshoring, coupled with international finance experience, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the company’s global financial strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Advise executive leadership on financial planning, investments, and commercial decisions.
- Lead long-term forecasting, financial modelling, and scenario planning.
2. Financial Management
- Oversee global accounting, FP&A, treasury, and corporate finance functions.
- Lead budgeting cycles, margin optimization, and business performance tracking.
- Ensure accuracy of financial reporting across all entities and international jurisdictions.
- Strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and financial governance.
3. Operational & Commercial Support
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Delivery teams to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
- Evaluate pricing strategies, contract structures, and client profitability in a BPO/EOR environment.
- Support expansion into new markets from a financial, tax, and regulatory perspective.
3. Investor & Board Relations
- Prepare board packs and facilitate communication with investors, auditors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead capital planning, fundraising, and M&A due diligence when required.
4. People Leadership
- Build and develop a high-performing Finance organization across geographies.
- Lead digital transformation of financial systems, automation, and analytics.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years experience in Finance leadership roles; at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent senior role.
- Strong experience in BPO, Shared Services, EOR, Outsourcing, or Offshoring industries.
- Proven track record managing multi-entity, multi-country finance operations.
- Expertise in financial modeling, cash flow management, and corporate governance.
- Strong understanding of international tax, transfer pricing, and global compliance.
- Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFA) preferred.
