This is a high-output, short-term 2-week project focused on standardising and validating records using AI-assisted tools. We are seeking detail-oriented professionals to join a fast-paced data alignment initiative across clinical, pharmacy, and laboratory datasets. All selected candidates will work within a structured workflow to support a combined target of a minimum of 3,000 validated records per day.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Laboratory Scientist (Medical Data)
- Validate laboratory and diagnostic data using LOINC coding standards
- Correct errors in AI-generated suggestions via the dedicated data portal
- Pharmacy Specialist
- Map and validate medication data using RxNorm standards
- Review and correct AI-generated pharmacy-related patient records
- Clinical Specialist (Doctor)
- Assign and validate ICD-10 diagnostic codes
- Review and refine prediction engine outputs for clinical accuracy
- Project Supervisor (Senior Clinical Reviewer)
- Perform a mandatory 25% audit of all daily record batches
- Oversee quality assurance across specialist outputs
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity
Requirements
- Relevant qualification (Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, Lab Scientist, or related clinical field)
- Exposure to clinical coding systems (ICD-10, LOINC, RxNorm).
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency when handling large volumes of data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Digitally proficient, with experience using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, structured environment.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver within strict deadlines.
- Comfort working with AI-assisted workflows and structured digital tools.
- Availability for the full duration of the 2-week project, including weekends.
- Commitment to data privacy, confidentiality, and integrity.
