### Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

Food Preparation: Are you eager to learn the basics of culinary preparation? You’ll be responsible for preparing ingredients, from peeling and chopping vegetables to measuring and mixing ingredients, ensuring everything is ready for service.

Assisting in Cooking: Ready to work alongside experienced chefs? You’ll assist in cooking and plating dishes, following the instructions of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef, and ensuring each dish meets our quality standards.

Kitchen Maintenance: Do you take pride in a clean and organized workspace? You’ll help keep the kitchen tidy, ensuring that all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored properly, and that your workstation is always ready for the next task.

Stock Management: Are you detail-oriented? You’ll help with checking and storing deliveries, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh, labeled, and stored according to safety standards.

Learning and Development: Are you passionate about cooking? You’ll have the opportunity to learn from our talented kitchen team, honing your skills and expanding your culinary knowledge every day.

Adhering to Health and Safety Standards: Are you committed to safe cooking practices? You’ll follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Team Collaboration: Are you a team player? You’ll work closely with other members of the kitchen team, communicating clearly and assisting wherever needed to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Continuous Improvement: Are you always looking to improve? You’ll actively seek out opportunities to learn new techniques, take on new tasks, and grow in your role, contributing to the success of the kitchen.

### Core Competencies

Fluent in English & Italian is a must

1+ years of hospitality experience is a plus

A genuine passion for cooking and a desire to pursue a career in the culinary arts.

Basic culinary skills, with a willingness to learn and develop further.

Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in food preparation and presentation.

The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good organizational skills, with the ability to keep your workspace clean and orderly.

A positive attitude, with a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.

A commitment to maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.

Physical stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
