Strategy & Operations Intern — Office of the General Manager, Small Business
Posted 29 days ago
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Strategy & Operations intern to work directly with our General Manager, Small Business, acting as a true right hand in driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the business unit.
This is not a typical internship opportunity. You will step in the heart of a fast-moving, established global tech company where you’ll learn how a successful business is run end-to-end. If you're hungry for responsibility, eager to discover how high-stakes decisions are made, and excited by the idea of being the GM’s right hand in running and growing a business unit, this role offers an unparalleled experience.
You’ll get a front-row seat to leadership and you will work on the initiatives that matter most to the business—from shaping strategy to improving performance, launching new programs, and unblocking critical decisions. Your work will be visible, meaningful, and directly tied to outcomes that influence teams, customers, and the bottom line.
This internship will start from November 2026.
The internship duration will be 6 months.

Support the GM in defining quarterly and annual strategic priorities and OKRs

Lead or co-own cross-functional projects from scoping to execution (e.g., cost savings, GTM experiments, AI pilots, operational excellence initiatives)
-
Coordinate stakeholders, drive timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery
-
Prepare materials for leadership meetings and follow up on leadership action items
-
Act as a problem-solver to the GM on diverse business topics
-
Currently pursuing a Master degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics or similar within a top tier university, business school, engineering school or equivalent
-
Strong analytical abilities; comfortable with Google Sheets (SQL/BI tools are a plus)
-
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to distill complex ideas into clear insights, slides, or narratives
-
Demonstrated ability to take ownership, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced or ambiguous environment
-
Strong project management instincts: structured, organized, and reliable with follow-through
-
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resourceful, curious, and eager to take ownership and solve problems
-
Previous internship experience in strategy consulting, finance, strategy, or high-growth startups is a plus (but not mandatory for outstanding candidates)

-
Hands-on experience managing strategic initiatives with real business impact

A 360° view of how a General Manager runs a team, a P&L, and key cross-functional processes
