Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to a diverse patient population in a high-acuity setting.
• Supervise and mentor junior physicians, residents, and medical students.
• Participate in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in scholarly activities, including research, publication, and teaching.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with institutional policies.
• Stay current with advancements in emergency medicine and apply evidence-based practices.

Requirements

• Proven clinical experience in emergency medicine, preferably within an academic or tertiary care setting.
• Demonstrated teaching experience and a commitment to academic medicine.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage complex cases in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Research experience and publications in emergency medicine are advantageous.
• Certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
