### You'll thrive in this role if you have:
  • EEC Infant Toddler Certification or CDA required
  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting
  • A nurturing demeanor and a love for infants and their development
  • A minimum of one year of experience working in an infant classroom, practicing safe feeding/sleeping, diapering, sanitation, and sensory and motor development support
  • ### Some requirements of the role include:
  • Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within the operating hours of the school, including opening and closing shifts
  • Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday
  • Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset
  • ### As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for:
  • Provide attentive, responsive care to infants in a licensed childcare setting
  • Support early developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Build strong relationships with families and team members
  • Follow all state licensing (EEC) and safety regulations
