About the role:

In a context of strong activity, Scality is expanding its global marketing initiatives.
We are looking for a Marketing & Events Intern / Apprentice to support the Regional Marketing team (FR+) in the organization of key strategic events.
This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of B2B marketing, lead management, and international event execution, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and partners.

### Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Support the organization of key events

Manage event logistics: invitations, registrations and attendee follow-up

Contribute to event promotion, pre and post, (email campaigns, social media, digital marketing)

Manage event tools (e.g. Whova): content updates, agenda, attendee and sponsor access

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners

Support post-event activities: reporting, lead qualification, and satisfaction surveys

Maintain and update lead data in the CRM

Support the execution of marketing campaigns in coordination with marketing teams

Track and follow up on leads with Sales teams

Assist with Channel marketing initiatives and events across regions (France, BeLux, Asia, MEA)

Interest in marketing tools (CRM, emailing platforms, event tools such as Salesforce/ Hubspot or Whova)

Ability to manage and organize data (leads, campaigns, reporting)

Proactive mindset and autonomy

Strong communication and teamwork skills

### Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a business school, marketing, or communication program

Strong interest in B2B marketing and event management

Fluent French and good level of English (written and spoken required)

This internship must be part of an academic program with a mandatory internship agreement.
