Receptionist

Kayak Pools is currently looking for an Office Receptionist to join our team ASAP! This is a full-time seasonal position running through early fall, with hours Monday through Friday and occasional Saturday morning shifts.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and enjoys working with customers. This role is a combination of front desk reception and customer service, so strong communication skills and the ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities are very important.

Our office team is friendly, supportive, and fun to work with, and we are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and ready to jump in and learn quickly. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can multitask effectively, stay professional under pressure, and help create a welcoming experience for our customers.

Job Description:

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Greet customers, clients, and visitors
• Respond to emails and basic customer inquiries
• Take messages and relay information to staff
• File documents and maintain office records
• Perform data entry and update databases
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages
• Prepare paperwork, reports, and correspondence
• Keep the front office clean and organized
• Support managers and staff with administrative tasks
• Handle customer concerns professionally and calmly
• Create and update spreadsheets or tracking logs
• Help maintain daily office workflow and communication
