About The Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Software Quality Analyst to join our software development team. In this role, you’ll help ensure the quality and reliability of N2’s software by testing new features, supporting automated and manual testing efforts, and collaborating closely with Product Owners and Developers to deliver impactful solutions. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, self-driven, and passionate about creating a great user experience.

This is a full-time remote position with an expectation to be engaged with teammates during core working hours from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm ET. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls for your convenience. The salary is $65,000 annually with opportunities for growth and advancement.

The Role in Action

  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business users to turn complex requirements into clear, workable stories.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and implementing the latest QA tools and industry best practices.
  • Champion continuous improvement by recommending ways to refine and optimize our development lifecycle.
  • Empower the team by driving the adoption of effective QA tools and processes.
  • Craft comprehensive testing plans to ensure our most critical features are delivered with excellence and precision.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running with:

  • Hands-on experience working with N2 systems and internal tools.
  • Previous experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • A self-driven, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
