  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Achieve or exceed daily/monthly targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Supervisor.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of BPO or relevant customer service experience
  • Good communication skills in English and Tagalog, Bisaya is a plus
  • Amenable to working on a shifting schedule and working full onsite
