Position: Scheduler
Working Hours: US Hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
Full-Time, Remote Work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage scheduling for client appointments, meetings, and project timelines.
- Update and maintain scheduling systems to reflect accurate availability and bookings.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to confirm schedules and address changes.
- Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts to optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain accurate records of schedules and related communications.
- Provide administrative support related to scheduling activities as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in scheduling or calendar management.
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
