WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Spearhead the launch and optimization of diverse PPC campaigns, placing a premium on paid search to unlock maximum ROI

  • Harness your expertise to elevate campaign performance in real-time, making strategic decisions that propel us to new heights

  • Take the helm in crafting and executing high-complexity digital marketing strategies and projects, showcasing your individual prowess

  • Keep a finger on the pulse of KPIs, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our goals

  • Embrace the power of data-driven insights, leveraging the latest trends in biddable media to make informed decisions that set us apart

  • Unleash your creativity by crafting captivating ad copy that resonates with our audience and drives engagement

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in setting up, optimizing, and scaling global performance-based Paid Search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads

  • Proven experience managing large or uncapped budgets and delivering against clear performance KPIs

  • Experience launching search campaigns for new brands entering the market, with a good understanding of early-stage strategy and market testing

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large data sets, identify insights, and make informed campaign decisions

  • Good understanding of how Google’s algorithm works, along with the ability to set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking, including pixels and tags

  • Hands-on experience testing and applying automation tools and bidding strategies to improve performance and efficiency

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant PPC tools

  • Genuine interest in Paid Search and digital performance marketing, with a habit of staying up to date with platform changes and industry trends

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills in English, written and spoken

  • A strategic and curious mindset, with a strong focus on testing, learning, and solving problems in practical, data-informed ways

GROSS SALARY

2479- 4628 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
