Specialist - Pediatric Dentistry

SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry to join our client’s reputable dental practice. This role involves delivering comprehensive dental care to children, ensuring they receive age-appropriate treatments in a friendly and compassionate environment. The Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing oral health issues, developing individualized treatment plans, and performing various pediatric dental procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough oral examinations and diagnose dental conditions in pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of children.
• Perform a variety of pediatric dental treatments including restorative procedures, extractions, preventive care, and behavior management techniques.
• Educate children and their parents or guardians on oral hygiene practices to maintain optimal oral health.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Stay updated with advancements in pediatric dental care through continuous education.

Requirements

• Degree in Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD).
• Specialist certification in Pediatric Dentistry.
• Valid license to practice dentistry.
• Proven experience in pediatric dental treatment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
• Ability to apply behavior management techniques to ease patient anxiety.
