Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Provide effective health education and counseling to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate quality patient care.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Experience in nursing preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
