About LME Care

At LME Care we actively pursue our value of "Living Our Best Lives". This is true for our participants, our employees and all stakeholders that we interact with. To support this value, we have a culture driven by respect — this concept guides our daily behaviours.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a sharp, reliable Personal/Executive-Assistant to support our Director and the senior team on a full-time basis. This is a high-trust role where you'll be managing the Director's time, keeping communications on track and making sure the right things happen at the right time.

You'll be someone who works well under pressure, communicates clearly and takes real ownership of the role. If you're the kind of person who anticipates what's needed before being asked, you'll thrive here.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling and prioritising meetings, appointments and commitments

• Screen and manage the Director's inbox, drafting responses and flagging what needs attention

• Prepare briefing notes, agendas, presentations and reports ahead of key meetings

• Coordinate travel, accommodation and logistics and manage expense reconciliation

• Attend meetings, record accurate minutes and follow up on actions and delegations

• Act as the first point of contact for stakeholders reaching out to the Director

• Assist the CEO and senior team with administrative tasks

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to a senior leader

• Strong diary and inbox and time management with the ability to juggle competing demands

• High level of discretion and professionalism — you handle sensitive information with care

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Initiative — you're proactive and anticipate what is needed, long before it happens

• Experience in the disability, health or community sector (desirable)

Why Join LME Care?

• A pivotal role working directly alongside our Director

• Varied and meaningful work in a purpose-driven organisation

• Competitive salary

• A team that values great support work and shows it
