We’re looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to strengthen relationships, grow market share, and deliver outstanding service to our valued clients.
About the role
You will take ownership of an established customer base across Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas, building relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and driving consistent sales growth in a highly active, on-the-road role.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing customer base across Coffs Harbour and Northern NSW
- Develop new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and trade sectors
- Provide product advice and tailored solutions to customers
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales
- Maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and distributors
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction
About you
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role
- Background in building materials, roofing, or manufacturing is highly regarded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a regional territory
- Valid driver’s licence
