About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to join our Brisbane team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate stock management, supporting production, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across raw materials and finished goods
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams
  • Monitor stock movements and ensure timely replenishment
  • Maintain inventory records and reporting systems
  • Maintain Bill of Materials and Work Order review
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse

About You

  • Previous experience in an Inventory Controller or similar role within manufacturing or warehousing
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
  • Solid understanding of stock control processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
