We're a family-run dealership group with a powersports dealership that moves real volume — bikes, ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides. You'll keep our front-line inventory road-ready so families can ride safely. The work is steady, the team is solid, and the job is rewarding.

What You'll Earn

$20–$25/hour based on experience and certifications

What You'll Be Working On

Diagnosing and repairing motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides across multiple brands
Road testing every vehicle before and after repair — you sign off, you stand behind it
Documenting work on the Reconditioning Checkout Form so the next person knows exactly what was done
Working closely with the Parts Department to keep jobs moving

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Real powersports experience — a powersports/MMI certificate plus 1+ year hands-on, OR 2+ years of related repair experience.
Diagnostic mindset — you don't just throw parts at problems; you find the root cause and take pride in getting it done right the first time
Valid motorcycle license with a clean driving record

The Physical Reality

You'll be on your feet, bending, kneeling, and lifting — frequently 20+ lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs with help. You'll work in a shop environment that can get hot, cold, or humid depending on the season. Vision correctable to 20/20 is required (depth perception matters when you're road-testing).
