Revenue Cycle Manager, Specialty Infusion

Revenue Cycle Manager-Healthcare (Remote Position)

Responsible for supervising accounts receivable and collections operations within a specialty pharmacy and infusion billing environment. Oversees collection staff, payer follow-up, denial resolution, aging AR reduction, and reimbursement recovery efforts.

Position Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and mentor AR and collections staff

·         Manage outstanding claims follow-up and denial resolution

·         Monitor AR aging and collection performance metrics

·         Escalate payer reimbursement and underpayment issues

·         Ensure accurate documentation within billing systems

·         Coordinate appeals and reconsideration submissions

·         Train staff on payer guidelines and collection procedures

·         Collaborate with billing, intake, pharmacy, and finance teams

Requirements

·         3+ years healthcare AR or collections experience

·         Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

·         Experience in specialty pharmacy, infusion, or medical billing

·         Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and PBM billing

·         Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

·         Experience with billing and revenue cycle systems
