Role Purpose:
We are seeking a Travel Consultant to support our clients with their travel needs. If you are passionate about the travel industry, experienced with GDS systems, and fluent in English, we would love to meet you.
To excel in this role, you should be a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication, research, and problem-solving skills. Your ability to provide a smooth and satisfying experience for our clients will be key to your success.
### Responsibilities
Book flights, hotels, and other travel-related arrangements for clientsProvide accurate and up-to-date information about travel destinations, accommodation, and regulationsCoordinate with travel vendors to secure the best rates and offersRecommend itineraries based on travel routes, budget, availability, and client preferencesMaintain detailed records of bookings and client interactionsDeliver exceptional customer service through various channels (calls, chat, email, etc.)
### Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)Prior experience in the airline or travel industry, particularly in ticketing roles, is preferredFamiliarity with GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)Strong analytical and numerical skillsExperience in customer service roles (handling calls, chat, or face-to-face communication) is an advantageWillingness to work on shifts, including nights and public holidaysOpen to working or relocating to Harmoni, Jakarta or North Point, BSD City, Tangerang
