### Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding of new hires and interns.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
Maintain and update personnel files and HRIS records (Sprout), including monitoring and approving attendance and timekeeping data.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor staff performance, attendance, and working conditions.
Advise employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and statutory regulations. Support resolution of employee relations issues and performance matters in collaboration with line managers.
Work with global HR and payroll teams on employee compensation, benefits, and payment processes.
Ensure timely submission of mandatory documents to government agencies for legal compliance.
Organize and support employee training, engagement activities, and company-wide events. Handle office administration, including facilities management, procurement of supplies, and workplace safety initiatives.
Liaise with external vendors for annual insurance renewals and implementation of employee benefit programs.
Safeguard confidentiality of employee and company data at all times.
Recommend enhancements to HR processes and participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

### Job Requirements

Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related disciplines.
At least 3 years of relevant HR experience
Familiar with local prevailing employment regulations,latest HR trends and HR best practices.
Proficient in HR operations and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
