Join Oxylabs' Account Management team as a Junior Account Operations Manager and play a key role in enhancing communication quality and operational efficiency. You'll have the opportunity to develop training programs, refine internal processes, and make a significant impact on the team's success. If you're passionate about process improvement and have a keen eye for detail, this role is for you!

### Your day-to-day:

Perform recurring QA on team communication across Gmail, Slack, Gong, and Salesforce.

Assess customer interactions, refine QA frameworks, and track communication KPIs.

Optimize team operations, maintain knowledge bases, and improve processes.

Analyze data to identify trends and support customer-related strategies.

Assist with CRM management, reporting, and ad hoc operational initiatives.

Conduct workshops and training on communication and operational excellence.

Oversee onboarding, ensuring new hires align with company standards.

### What we expect:

Prior experience in customer management roles (CS, AM, Sales).

Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

### Nice to have:

Experience in Customer Operations or Sales Enablement.

Background in communication assessment and training.

Familiarity with customer management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, MixMax, Gong).

Proven track record of suggesting process improvements and mentoring others.

### Salary:

Gross salary: 2100 - 2700 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
