Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Product Designer to craft intuitive, scalable, and high-impact user experiences for our cross-border payments platform. You will play a key role in simplifying complex financial workflows and creating seamless user journeys across web and mobile products.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user journeys for web and mobile platforms
Ship some of those designs with your “Vibe Coding” skills
Simplify complex cross-border payment flows, onboarding, and transactions
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business teams
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis
Build and maintain design systems consistency
Optimize user flows for conversion, retention, and usability
Continuously improve product experience based on data and insights
Must-Have Skills
2–5 years of experience in Product Design
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work
Hands-on experience with tools like Figma and AI tools to increase velocity and fidelity (experience and expertise using AI tools in your everyday execution is a must have)
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-Have
Experience in fintech / payments / banking domain
Understanding of cross-border payments ecosystem
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
Knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards
Exposure to data-driven design and A/B testing
