Skip the HR Fluff: We are former founders. We review your profile for technical capability and product sense, not keyword matching.
Direct Access: We evaluate you on one simple metric: Would we personally hire you for our own startup? If your skillset and mentality pass that test, we bypass the HR gatekeepers and place you directly with our clients. If the right role doesn't exist yet, we will actively reverse-recruit and find the right founder for you.
